The state 4-H project awards recognize a student’s dedication to mastering skills in a specific project area while sharing their knowledge through communication, leadership and citizenship opportunities, according to Cayla Taylor, state 4-H program coordinator. This year 125 youth submitted applications and 51 received a state 4-H project award.
