The Winfield-Mt. Union softball team received accolades from the Southeast Iowa Superconference following the 2016 season.

The Wolves had three players selected to represent the school on all-conference squads.

Junior Hannah Mathews was a second team All-SEISC selection. Mathews led the Wolves with 15 hits this year, her seven RBI were also best on the team.

Karlee Schlee was an honorable mention All-Superconference selection. The sophomore hit .259 this year for the Wolves with a team best seven runs scored.

Ana Schurr was also an honorable mention selection. Schurr handled the majority of the pitching duties for the Wolves this season. Throwing 57 innings, she allowed 86 hits, 38 earned runs, finishing with a 4.64 ERA and overall record of 1-8 in 14 total appearances.

Winfield-Mt. Union finished the year 1-21 overall.
