The Iowa Mennonite School cross country team is training in preparation for the 2016 season. Practice began on August 8th for IMS.

Iowa Mennonite participated at state qualifying meets in the Cedar Rapids area in 2015 but were unable to qualify any individuals for the state meet in Fort Dodge.

Levi Geyer led the way for the IMS boys a season ago at the state qualifying meet, along with teammates Jacob Boller and Micah Miller. The girls side for IMS, was led by Mackenzie Gutierrez and Rachel Geyer at the same meet. Iowa Mennonite will open the season on August 30th when they host their own early bird meet on their campus.
