The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk football team saw continued improvement during the course of 2015 from their special teams units.

In the kicking game, sophomore Terrhyn Jacoby was 20 of 26 in extra point attempts a season ago. He also recorded seven touchbacks on 48 kickoffs. Junior Levi Duwa punted 33 times on the year for an average of 32 yards per kick. In the kickoff return game Mid-Prairie was led by Paul Hawbaker with his 28 yard average. Ricky Vargas and Nolan Faselt both averaged 25 yards per return. Faselt also returned a team high 22 punts with a 12 yard average. On the special teams side of the ball the Hawks return Jacoby, Duwa and Vargas along with Keaton Duwa and Jason Tew for the 2016 season.
