Two Iowa City men with warrants out of Washington County following an incident in Riverside in March were arrested Thursday. According to the Washington County Communications office, 31-year-old Brent Lothridge was brought back for court and had a Washington County warrant for theft in the second degree and possession of burglar’s tools. Also, 48-year-old Everett Blakey, who was in the Louisa County Jail, had a detainer placed due to a warrant for theft in the second degree and possession of burglars tools. The two subjects were arrested following an incident at 4:44 a.m. on March 6th at the Riverside Auto Spa.
