The United Way of Washington and Johnson Counties is in charge of finding volunteers for this year’s FRYfest on Friday, September 2nd in Coralville, and they’re looking for more help for the event. United Way’s Vice President for Community Impact and Engagement Patti Fields said the volunteer opportunities involve things such as helping in the kids and family zone or helping in the trade show area. She added anyone who volunteers will be able to get in free to any of the events, including the evening concert. Anyone interested in volunteering for FRYfest is encouraged to visit Volunteer.UnitedWayJWC.org to see a full list of positions available.
