Three people went to the hospital’s emergency room following an ATV wreck near Washington Sunday. According to the Washington County Communications office, at 6:07 p.m. they received a call for an all terrain vehicle wreck with an eight-year-old who was under the vehicle, but was conscious and breathing. The caller then told dispatch she was going to transport the child by private vehicle to the hospital. Authorities responded to the ER and the scene of the wreck. The incident involved two juveniles, both were taken to the hospital, and an adult operator, 51-year-old Ruth Ann Dawson of Washington. The accident happened in the ditch near 2004 250th Street, west of Washington.
