A road closure, a change order on the business park, fall clean up and a snow parking area are all items on tonight’s Washington City Council agenda. The council will discuss the possible closure of West Buchanan Street to the public. Also, the fourth change order of the business park will be considered. According to a memo from City Administrator Brent Hinson the change order “reconciles the actual quantities to the engineer’s original estimates” as the project nears its completion and the change is in the amount of just over $54,000.

The annual fall clean up will also be discussed, as well as a possible snow parking area at the gravel lot at the corner of West Washington Street and South Avenue B. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in council chambers.
