Rivers in the area have breached their banks over the weekend. The Iowa River at Wapello is at 20.48 feet and flood stage is 20 feet. As of 5 a.m. today, the Cedar River at Conesville was at 13.84 feet, above the 13-foot flood stage. The Cedar River at Cedar Rapids is over six feet above flood stage. Meanwhile, the English River at Kalona, the Iowa River near Lone Tree and at Columbus Junction remains below flood stage.

UPDATE:
As of 11 a.m., the Cedar River at Conesville was at 13.96 feet and the Cedar River at Cedar Rapids was at 19.86 feet. The Iowa River at Wapello at 11 a.m. was at 20.47 feet and at Oakville it was at 10.35 feet, while flood stage there is 10 feet. At Columbus Junction, the Iowa River was at 18.92 feet and flood stage is 19 feet.
