The Mid-Prairie school board held elections Monday night for President and Vice President for the current school year. After a short discussion in which no other member of the board showed interest in opposing the incumbents, Jeremy Pickard and Jeremy Statler were re-elected Board President and Vice President, respectively. Both were sworn in by Secretary Jeff Swartzentruber.

Additionally, the board voted on who would represent the school at various conferences and assemblies during the year. Marianne Schlabach was chosen as delegate to the Washington County Conference Board, James Hussey was chosen as delegate to the Iowa Association of School Boards Assembly, and Schlabach and George Schaefer were chosen as representatives for the Interest-Based Bargaining School Board.
