The WACO Warriors took to the road Friday night and put on a show in Thornburg, rolling Tri-County 61-6.

The Warriors got to work early, leading 20-0 after first quarter on 18 and 76 yard touchdown runs from Colton Horak and a 28 yard scoring run from Jackson Roth. Horak recorded touchdowns three and four on the night in the second quarter on a pair of 10 yard runs to push the WACO lead to 34-0. Jackson Roth tossed a touchdown to Matt Leichty and then ran another in from 28 yards out to give the Warriors a 47-6 lead at the half. WACO added two more touchdowns in the second half, one from Roth his third of the night, another on a pick six from Colton Horak, his fifth. Roth ended with 142 yards three touchdowns on just six carries. With the win WACO is now 1-2 on the year and will next be in action Friday when they travel to Midland.
