At Tuesday’s Washington City Council meeting all of the seats at the table were filled. Steven Gault, who won a special election by nine votes in September, filled the seat that was vacated by Russ Zieglowsky. Gault was sworn in by Mayor Sandra Johnson to begin the meeting. Gault’s term will end in December, 2017. Tuesday’s meeting was the first meeting with a full council since early August.
