Early Wednesday, emergency crews responded to a structure fire at 201 East Highway 78 in Wayland. According to the City of Wayland, at approximately 5:30 a.m., the building of Harry’s Custom Cars caught fire, and by the time the fire department arrived the building and several cars were engulfed in flames. There is no word as to the cause of the fire, and at 10 a.m. Wednesday, fire crews were still putting out the last of the flames. No injuries were reported. The state fire marshal is investigating the incident. The Wayland Police Department, the Wayland Fire Department, and the Olds Fire Department responded to the scene, and they were aided by a truck from the Washington Fire Department.
