The Highland Huskies volleyball team was recently recognized for their play in 2016 by the Southeast Iowa Superconference. Five Highland players received all-conference honors.

Sophomore Alyson Stokes was a first team all-conference selection at hitter. Stokes finished with 170 kills, sixth most in conference play.

Senior Kelsey Hora was a first team all-conference selection at defensive specialist. Hora finished the season with 335 digs, third most in conference play.

Junior Bailey Harmston was a second team all-conference selection at hitter. Harmston finished the year with 157 kills, eighth most in conference play.

Junior Syndey Black was an honorable mention all-conference selection. She finished 13th in conference play with 226 digs.

Senior Amy Schnoebelen was an honorable mention all-conference selection. She finished ninth in the conference with 186 assists.

The Huskies finished the season with a 22-12 overall record.
