Kelsey Hora made the announcement official Friday afternoon, signing a letter of intent to join the Bears’ softball team. Hora will join 2016 Highland graduate Cheyann Adamson on the squad next fall.

Hora posts a career batting average of .467, collecting 195 hits in 417 at-bats. She’s led the Southeast Iowa Super Conference in stolen bases each of the last three seasons, swiping 157 bases for her career. Hora has earned all-conference honors all four seasons at Highland and was named an all-state performer her freshman and junior seasons.
