There are 89 students currently attending Iowa Mennonite School according to official enrollment, and they aren’t just from Iowa. There are three IMS students who come from overseas, with two from China and one from Nigeria. Additionally, there are two students at the school from Miami, Florida, and another from Dallas, Texas. Over half of the student body comes from Kalona, Iowa City, and Wellman, but students come from as far as Sioux City in Iowa to attend IMS. Of the 89 students that make up the school, 63 come from a predominately rural area, 39 are female and 50 are male, and 61% identify themselves as Mennonites.
