Representative Dave Loebsack made multiple stops across the Second District Thursday to encourage volunteers to help get out the vote ahead of Election Day on Tuesday. While meeting with supporters at Art Domestique in Washington he shared he feels its important to make such stops in the days leading up to Election Day because it is the last push in the last few days. He said it is “one last effort on my part to talk to folks, tell them what’s going on and give a little bit of information on what I’ve been doing and what we have to do yet.” He also listened to concerns on a variety of issues from immigration to Supreme Court justice nominees. The Democrat also visited Sigourney, Oskaloosa, Knoxville and Chariton on his Standing Up for All Iowans tour.
