Are you dreaming of a white Christmas? According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, a white Christmas is classified as having at least one inch of snow on the ground on December 25th. State Climatologist Harry Hillaker shares the odds for a white Christmas this year are looking “more favorable.” According to NOAA, Washington’s historic probability of a white Christmas is about 37%.
