A few snow flurries could be seen in Washington County Wednesday night. According to AccuWeather rain with a chance for snow showers is in the forecast for Washington late Saturday night into Sunday morning.
According to the National Weather Service, precipitation for November was less than half of what is normally observed during the month. Washington received just over an inch of precipitation, while 2.35 inches is normal. Also last month, the average temperature was about nine degrees above normal at 47 degrees. The average maximum temperature is usually 48.8 degrees, but this November it was observed over 10 degrees higher at 59.9 degrees.
