Another Washington Demon football player has been selected to play in the annual Iowa Shrine Bowl next summer. Washington head football coach Garrison Carter announced this week that Bryce Sinn is the latest Demon to represent the program on the south squad.

Sinn has earned numerous accolades for his play during his final high school football campaign, including first team all-state honors. The Class 3A District 5’s most valuable lineman had 64.5 total tackles, 16 tackles for loss, nine sacks, and four fumble recoveries.

The Iowa Shrine Bowl Game is an all-star football game of selected pre-college athletes on each side of a north-south dividing line. Jack Giardino represented Washington on the south team in last year’s shrine bowl. The 45th annual game will be played this summer at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls.
