Starting the New Year with a Weight Loss Resolution

The new year is upon us, which means there will soon be many people making the popular new year’s resolution to get in shape. While making the resolution to lose weight is easy to do, actually finding the time to get out and make it happen can be the difficult part. However, Eric Turner of JET Physical Therapy says gyms typically make it easier for people to get started. He says, “Usually after the first of the year, there’s often discounts with gym memberships and such. It’s just a good time, if someone hasn’t been, to start their physical fitness and maybe put an emphasis on that for 2017.” People in the Washington area have many choices for gyms to attend.
