Funeral services for 93-year-old Richard D. Stagers, Richland, will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday (1/4) at Gould Funeral Home in Richland.  Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Brighton. Visitation will be immediately preceding the service beginning at 1 P.M on Wednesday (1/4). Memorials for the Richland Volunteer First Responders or for Hospice Compassus may be left at the funeral home. Gould Funeral Home of Richland is in charge of arrangements.
