For $21 you can sample food at seven different downtown restaurants this Saturday during the annual Slow Down and Savor Washington event. Each year Main Street Washington organizes the progressive dinner. Director Sarah Grunewaldt says it’s a good time of the year to hold the event, because it’s a slow time for restaurants traditionally, and it’s a chance to get our of the house during winter. Local music will be featured at some of the stops. The event runs from 5 to 9 p.m. No ticket is necessary, simply order the special items at the restaurants you chose to visit.
