An engineering agreement for the South 15th Avenue street and subdivision project will be considered at Tuesday’s Washington City Council meeting. According to a memo from City Administrator Brent Hinson, should this be approved and survey work be done soon, the project could be bid in late summer. The council will also discuss and consider the final schedule of assessments for the Sitler Drive paving project, a front yard setback, agricultural zones and mayor appointments to the planning and zoning commission. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in council chambers.
