The former library building in downtown Washington and the marketing time-frame for the sale of the building will be discussed at Tuesday’s Washington City Council meeting. The building is 9,800 square feet and has been listed at $571,000 since May. The council will consider lowering the listing price to $245,000. Also on the agenda is a sewer separation project, a change order to the elevated water storage tank project, and moving the park commission from an elected board to an appointed agency. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in council chambers.
