The Iowa Mennonite School girls basketball team fell Saturday in the Southeast Iowa Superconference Shoot Out against West Burlington at Cardinal High School in Eldon.

The Falcons took the contest by a score of 60-32. West Burlington raced out to an 18-5 lead after one quarter and put together a 16-2 run in that spanned the entire second quarter to take a 34-7 lead into the half. Iowa Mennonite was unable to threaten in the second half as the Falcons finished out the win. IMS was led on the night by Suzanna Yoder’s 16 points. With the loss IMS now stands at 0-18 on the year. They will next be in action Thursday when they open up the playoffs on the road at HLV.
