The Annual Dinner hosted by Main Street Washington, the Washington Chamber of Commerce, and Washington Economic Development Group was held Monday and awards were presented. The Harvey Holden Outstanding Service Award was presented by WEDG to the Washington County Riverboat Foundation.

Main Street Washington presented three awards: Business of the Year went to Knee Deep Solutions, Business Partner of the Year was given to the City of Washington Parks Department, and Karen Kuhlman was named Volunteer of the Year.

The Chamber also had three awards. The 2016 Citizen of the Year was Erin Smith, the 2016 Business of the Year was Sitler’s LED Supplies, and Genie Davis is the 2016 Volunteer of the Year. The event was held at the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort.
