The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk girls basketball team was recognized for their play this year by the River Valley Conference this week.

Mid-Prairie junior Addie Rath was named to the Elite River Valley Conference team. That team is made up of 10 individuals from teams in both the north and south divisions. Rath finished the year averaging 14 points per game, 10th best in the River Valley Conference. Rath ended the year with 105 assists, second best in the RVC and seventh in the state. She also pulled in 117 rebounds and had 69 steals.

Mid-Prairie senior Ali Butters was an All-South Division team member. Butters ended the year averaging 12 points per game. She also had 79 rebounds, 62 assists and 44 steals.

Mid-Prairie senior Ireland Hostetler was an All-South Division team member. Hostetler ended the year averaging 10 points per game. She led the River Valley Conference with 82 blocked shots, fourth most in the state. Hostetler also pulled in 205 rebounds, third most in the River Valley Conference and seventh most in the state.

Mid-Prairie sophomore Shae Becker was an Honorable Mention All-Conference selection. Becker ended the  year averaging six points per game. Becker also had 134 rebounds.

Mid-Prairie ended the season with a 17-7 overall record.
