Funeral Services for 93-year-old Joyce Belcher of Wellman will be held at 10:30 a.m Saturday, March 18 at the United Christian and Baptist Church in Kalona. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established for the Wellman Historical Society.
