The Washington County Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday and vacating a portion of Nutmeg Avenue, enforcement of right-of-way obstructions, and personnel change requests for the sheriff and conservation departments are on the agenda. The supervisors held a public hearing in February regarding closing a portion of Nutmeg Avenue from 133rd Street north to Bunker Mill Bridge. The property owner requested making that section of the road private. Also, the supervisors will consider action regarding enforcement of obstructions in the right-of-way, which can range from crops planted too close to the road to equipment parked improperly. The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Washington County Courthouse.
