The Washington County Board of Supervisors approved three items on their agenda Tuesday and tabled one. Two minor subdivisons were approved after their public hearings were held. The first is a single residence at 3275 Orange Avenue, Wayland, and the second is 2 lots at 1040 Poplar Boulevard, Riverside.

Also, the board acknowledged the purchase of a 4,000 gallon water truck by the engineer’s office for $55,432.54. Washington County Engineer Jacob Thorius explained the price was lower because they were able to apply the fees they paid when they rented it to the purchase price, he added it’ll work within his budget. The tabled item was setting a bid letting date for the Fiscal Year 2018 fuel contract.
