The Washington boys golf team looks to continue their great start to the season when they travel to Mount Pleasant tonight for a Southeast Conference triangular with the Panthers and Fort Madison.

So far on the season the Demons are 3-0, beating Mid-Prairie and Columbus at home on Tuesday night and edging Mount Pleasant last Thursday in Washington on a two cardback tie breaker. Dalton Meyers leads Washington through the first two events of the year with his 38 shot average per nine holes. Meyers has been medalist at both of those meets. Jacob Van Osdol is second on the team with a 41 average. Washington’s four player nine hole average sits at 164 for the season.

Mount Pleasant is led by Jeff Cox with his 39 average per nine holes. The Panthers four player nine hole average score is at 168.

Fort Madison is led by CJ Richardson with a 52 stroke average per nine holes. The Bloodhounds four player nine hole average score is 217.

Action begins tonight at the Mount Pleasant Golf and Country Club at 4 p.m. and continues into the evening.
