The Washington boys’ golf team travels to Fairfield tonight to Sheaffer Memorial Golf Course.

The Demons look to continue their hot start to the season by posting team best scores in each of their first three meets. Dalton Myers leads the charge for the Demons having a season nine-hole average of 38, which is tied for first in the Southeast Conference. Brock Sobaski and Noah Enfield are fresh off personal and team best scores of 37 last week at Mt. Pleasant. Jacob Van Osdol, Mason Rich, and Tanner Coleman continue to creep down into a sub-40 average with Van Osdol and Rich having a 41 and Coleman with a 42. All of the Demons’ top six golfers are in the top 10 in season average in the Southeast Conference. Fairfield comes into the contest led by Zach Steele who is averaging 46 strokes per nine holes and the team average for the Trojans is 51.

The meet gets started at 4 p.m. tonight in Fairfield.
