The Demons cashed in on their fifth shot of the game as Abdullah Talal found the back of the net in the fourth minute to put Washington’s up 1-0. Washington’s Caleb Suchan added back to back goals in the 27th and 29th minutes to increase the Demon’s advantage to 3-0 going into the halftime break. In the second half it was more of the same, just four minutes in Talal netted his second goal of the night and Mohammaed Alghofili scored in the 47th minute to cap the Washington offensive effort and give the Demons a 5-0 lead. Highland got on the board in the 54th minute on a Caleb Brase goal.
