The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk girls track team is back in action tonight when they make the trip to the Clipper Relays at Clear Creek-Amana.

Mid-Prairie was last on the track Tuesday at Williamsburg. The Golden Hawks took sixth as a team with 75 points. They had three event championships on the night Anna Hostetler won the 800 and the 3000. The Golden Hawk 4×800 team of Abby Tornow, Greta Schmidt and Anna and Marie Hostetler were also winners. Other top finishers included Abby Tornow third in the 400, Kessa Jones third in the 400 hurdles, Abbagail Evans fifth in the 200 and the Mid-Prairie distance medley team of Tornow, Evans, Shelby Zahradnek and Kate Cavanagh were fifth. Joining Mid-Prairie tonight in Tiffin will be BGM, Center Point-Urbana, Durant, English Valleys, Indpendence, Iowa Valley, Mount Vernon, Pekin, Solon, South Tama, West Branch, West Liberty, Williamsburg and Clear Creek-Amana. Action begins tonight at 4:30 and continues into the evening at Clear Creek-Amana High School.
