The Washington girls soccer team hosted Mount Pleasant Monday in Southeast Conference action. The Panthers came away with a 5-0 victory.

Mount Pleasant scored in the game’s first two minutes on a goal from Catherine Prough. In the third minute Mary West made it 2-0 with her first goal and added another midway through the first half to give the Panthers a 3-0 advantage. Mount Pleasant took a 4-0 lead into the half after a Sydney Doak goal. Kaela Welcher closed out the scoring with a goal in the 41st minute. With the loss the Demons are now 0-6 on the season. They host Mediapolis Thursday.
