Funeral Service for 45-year old Sandra Kay Millice of Wellman will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, (4/14) at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Wellman. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM on tomorrow (4/13), at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. A general memorial fund has been established. The Powell Funeral Home in Wellman is caring for Sandra and her family.
