Twenty-five employees were applauded for a total of 659 years of working for Washington County.

At Tuesday’s Washington County Board of Supervisors meeting the long term employees of the county were presented certificates of appreciation. Washington County Auditor Dan Widmer shared his thanks to those staff members, “I would just like to say, “Thank you,” to these employees. Many of them have been here a good number of years and they worked hard and added a lot to the county.” Two have worked at least 40 years for the county – Cyndie Sinn and Jolene Colthurst.
