Demon Boys Wrap Up Regular Season Against Fairfield

The Washington boys soccer team will be on the pitch one more time in the regular season tonight when they host the Fairfield Trojans.

The Demons are an even 6-6 on the year after an impressive 12-2 hammering of the Highland Huskies on senior night Tuesday. Entering this evenings action the Demons are led by Caleb Suchan with 12 goals, fifth most in the southeast conference, he also leads Washington with five assists. In goal Thomas Zimmer has racked up the 10th most saves in 2A with 103.

Fairfield enters tonight with an overall record of 7-5. The Trojans beat Keokuk in their last match 5-2. On the year Fairfield is led by Brayden Miller and his 14 goals. Miller also has the team lead with his five assists. In goal Brandon Lunsford has 48 saves. These two teams met on April 13th with Fairfield taking a 3-1 win. Action begins tonight at 4:30 at the Washington Soccer Complex.
