Today is the second day of the Iowa High School State Girls Golf Tournament.

At the end of the day Monday, Washington’s Sarah Nacos was atop the leader board. The junior is looking to bring home the individual state championship for a third year in a row. The Washington team was in fifth place of eight teams in Class 4A. Winfield-Mt. Union also has two individuals golfing. At the end of day one in Class 1A, Sophie Kongable was tied for 11th and Lexee Hartsock was tied for 17th. Listen to KCII Sports for updates and details.
