The event features themed days – Ag Day, Family Day, Ridiculous Day, Living the Dream Day and Noche Latino. Director of the Washington Chamber of Commerce Michelle Redlinger shares her favorite part of the week is seeing all of the volunteers come together and the joy on people’s faces. Ag Day will feature displays in Central Park, a tractor parade, Little Hands on the Farm, a tree giveaway of 100 saplings, and the Farmers Market. Family Day includes free swimming at the Steele Family Aquatic Center from 1-5 p.m., music in the square, and a readmob around the square. Saturday is Ridiculous Day, the 70th anniversary of the event with retail bargains, sidewalk sales, a superhero and princess contest, and a silly parade. After the Ridiculous festivities, Flightline Live will happen at the airport with bands and six class reunions. Sunday will include the fly-in breakfast, a bilingual mass at 11:30 a.m., and Latino food, music and dancing. The Big Red Radio will be there for all of the fun.
