A stolen gun was found in a vehicle during a traffic stop in Washington Thursday.

According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 1:54 p.m. authorities stopped a vehicle at the intersection of East 10th and North 4th Avenue. The driver was 34-year-old Sedrick Johnson of Washington. Johnson was arrested for operating while intoxicated first offense, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, interference with official acts, theft in the 4th degree, and dark windows. A gun that had been stolen in Henry County was located in the vehicle. Johnson was taken to the Washington County Jail.
