Chase Stockstell

A vehicle stop in Kalona Saturday morning resulted in two arrests.

At 7:22 a.m. according to the Washington County Communications Office, a traffic stop was conducted on a Ford F-150 truck at A Avenue and 5th Street. It was found a license plate was on the wrong vehicle. Twenty-two-year-old Chase Stockstell of Kalona was arrested on a Washington County warrant for possession of a controlled substance marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Also, 36-year-old Nina Fogle of West Chester was arrested on a Washington County warrant for four charges of controlled substance violations and bond was set at $200,000. Fogle was also cited for improper plates on a vehicle.
