The Iowa Mennonite School baseball team rolled through Columbus Monday at home by a 15-0 score in three innings.

IMS led 2-0 after one frame and blew the game open from there scoring seven times in the second and six times in the third to finish the shortened contest. Cole Ours, Reggie Borntrager and Blake Bontrager all had a pair of hits to lead the IMS attack. Ours, Borntrager and Drake Brezina each drove in three. Cole Yoder got the win on the hill, going all four innings, giving up just one hit and striking out one.

On a quick turnaround the IMS baseball team is back on the diamond tonight in West Burlington to battle the Falcons. IMS comes into the contest with a 2-3 overall record. On the year Nick Yutzy leads IMS at the plate, hitting .364. Drake Brezina has done the most work on the mound, going seven and a third innings to this point with a 3.82 ERA. West Burlington is 6-2 at the start of the day. In their last action they beat New London 4-2 on Monday night. On the year the Falcons are led by Jayden Zurita with his .455 average. On the hill Tate Snodgrass has worked 10 innings with a 1.45 ERA.
