Quarterly reports from the auditor, treasurer and recorder’s offices were presented at Tuesday’s Washington County Board of Supervisors meeting and one office that had a busy fourth quarter was that of the recorder.

Jo Greiner shared they had 1,519 documents requested, 300 more than the previous quarter. She explained the revenue tax total for the month of June was more than that of April and May combined, due to large property sales. There were also 129 passport applications. For boats, ATVs, and snowmobile renewals there were 259. Greiner explained any time it’s over $100,000 for the quarter she considers it busy and this past quarter totaled $114,268.29.
