Description: On Monday, August 7, area golfers will gather at the Iowa City Elks #590 course to raise funds for Iowa City Hospice patient care. Funds raised from the Glenn Roberts Elks/Iowa City Hospice Golf Classic help ensure that everyone in our community who needs quality end of life care and grief support services will receive it, without for regard for ability to pay. Golfers have the option of shotgun starts at both 8 am and 1:30 p.m. The $75 entry fee per person includes 18 holes of golf, cart, beverages, eligibility for numerous prize drawings and a catered lunch at noon.
