The Sigourney baseball team was well represented in the South Iowa Cedar League All Conference, naming six players to the three teams.

The Savages managed three first team members. Senior Avery Moore was selected as an outfielder. He racked up a .477 batting average and 19 RBI. The track star was a threat on the basepaths stealing 35 bases on the season. Mac Conrad was also selected as an outfielder. He took the conference by storm in his freshman campaign with a league-best .493 batting average and 30 RBI. Carson Crawford was selected as a utility player. He had a .414 batting average and 24 RBI for the Savages.

Payton Schauf received second team honors as a pitcher. On the bump he had a 4.39 ERA in 44 innings of work with a team-high 57 strikeouts. At the plate he batted .403 and had 30 RBI.

Dustin Haines and Kyle Weber rounded out the awards receiving honorable mention honors. Haines had a .393 batting average and was a boost on the mound with a 4.36 ERA in 43 innings. Weber worked a .279 batting average and 20 RBI.

The Savages finished fifth in the SICL with a 15-8 record and lose Moore and Tanner Bos to graduation.
