Mid-Prairie girls golf standout Paige Slabaugh participated in the Iowa City Junior Championships at Finkbine Golf Course last week.

She finished in seventh place with a 21 over par round of 93. Columbus’ Aubrey Duncan also played in the tournament, taking eighth with a 28 over par round of 100. Shannyn Vogler of Sherrard, Illinois won the championship with a three over round of 75.
