The Sigourney-Keota Cobra football team came up short Friday night, falling to No. 4 Iowa City Regina at home 42-20.

SK was able to move the football on the ground against the Regal defense, racking up 237 rushing yards and a pair of touchdowns. The Regals also had success in the shoot out passing for 200 yards and rushing for another 225. Carson Crawford led the way with 15 carries for 100 yards and a touchdown. Luke Greiner was four for nine through the air for 69 yards and a touchdown. Isaac Vollstedt led Regina with 13 carries for 174 yards and three scores. With the loss, Sigourney-Keota is now 1-3 on the season and will next be in action Friday when they travel to Van Buren.
