Description: The DHLW Early Childhood Area board will be meeting on Tuesday, September 19 at 5 p.m. at the Columbus Junction City Hall. The public is welcome to attend. Early Childhood Iowa is a statewide initiative that provides local funding for programs serving all families with children under 5 years old.
